We want you to feel confident and excited about your purchase! Because we curate pre-loved luxury items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges except under the specific authenticity terms below.

Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. We will send you a confirmation email before fulfilling your order to answer any questions you might have.

Authenticity Guarantee

Your trust is our top priority. If an item is proven unauthentic by at least two professional authentication services within 14 days of delivery, it is eligible for a full return and refund.

Condition, Photos & Item Odor

 Inspect Carefully: Please review all photos, descriptions, and condition notes prior to checkout. Photos are of the exact item you will receive and serve as part of the item description.

 Pre-Loved Expectations: Items are pre-owned and will not smell brand new. While no foul or unpleasant odors are present, vintage pieces may carry a subtle vintage or musky scent. Because sensitivity to smell varies by individual, returns will not be accepted for odor-related concerns.

Return Process & Eligibility

If your item meets the authenticity exception:

1. Contact us at luxury.lovestillore@gmail.com to initiate a return.

2. The item must be in its original, unworn, and unused condition with all tags intact, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. (Please allow additional processing time for your financial institution). If 15 business days pass after approval without receiving your refund, please reach out to us at luxury.lovestillore@gmail.com.
