SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

At LOVESTILLORE LLC, we want your shopping experience to be seamless, transparent, and secure. Because we deal in authentic pre-owned luxury goods, handbags, and fine timepieces, please carefully review our shipping procedures and return policy prior to placing an order.

1. SHIPPING POLICY

Scope of Service

LOVESTILLORE LLC ships exclusively within the contiguous (mainland) United States. We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories (such as Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands), APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations. Orders placed with shipping addresses outside the mainland U.S. will be automatically canceled and refunded.

Order Processing & Verification

All orders require 1–3 business days for security verification and processing before shipment (Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays). Due to the high value of our luxury inventory, orders undergo strict identity and fraud detection screening prior to dispatch.

Shipping Carriers & Delivery Times

All shipments are dispatched from the United States using secure, fully trackable priority services:

Carriers: Orders are shipped strictly via UPS or FedEx.
Delivery Time: Standard mainland domestic shipments typically arrive within 2–5 business days following order processing.

Once your package has shipped, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your carrier tracking number. Please note that transit delays caused by carriers or severe weather are beyond our control.

Insurance & Adult Signature Requirement

To protect your purchase:

All orders valued over $100 are automatically shipped with full transit insurance.
All orders require a direct adult signature upon delivery. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, you are responsible for coordinating pickup or redelivery directly with UPS or FedEx.

Shipping Liability & Claims

LOVESTILLORE LLC is not directly liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the carrier or marked as delivered.

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at luxury.lovestillore@gmail.com. LOVESTILLORE LLC will file and manage the shipping insurance claim on your behalf. Any replacement, store credit, or refund is strictly contingent upon the insurance carrier’s claim investigation and resolution.

Address Accuracy

Customers are solely responsible for entering complete and correct shipping address details at checkout. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an address error or failed signature collection, the customer is responsible for all re-shipping fees required to resend the package.

2. RETURN POLICY

All Sales Final

LOVESTILLORE LLC does not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations.

Due to the exclusive nature, high value, and pre-owned status of our luxury handbags and timepieces, all sales are final.

Pre-Purchase Inquiries & Item Condition

We provide comprehensive details on every item listing so you can buy with total confidence:

Listings feature detailed photos, dimensions, hardware finish descriptions, included accessories (such as dust bags, boxes, or straps), and explicit condition notes.
Pre-owned items may show subtle signs of wear consistent with their age and pre-loved nature.
