LOVESTILLORE LLC

THESE TERMS OF SERVICE CONTAIN AN ARBITRATION PROVISION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER WHICH LIMIT YOUR RIGHT TO HAVE A DISPUTE HEARD IN COURT. PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND THE ARBITRATION PROVISION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER CAREFULLY.

LOVESTILLORE LLC (“Love Stillore”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”) provides access to an online e-commerce platform and marketplace for the sale of authentic pre-owned luxury goods, including designer handbags, fine timepieces, and accessories. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern Your access to and use as an end user (“User”, “You” or “Your”) of Our website available at https://lovestillore.com, any associated subdomains, mobile applications, features, functionalities, user interfaces, content, and online services that We operate or control (collectively, the “Service”).

BY CREATING AN ACCOUNT, ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICE, OR MAKING A PURCHASE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND HAVE THE LEGAL CAPACITY TO ENTER INTO THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, OUR PRIVACY POLICY, OR ANY APPLICABLE ADDITIONAL POLICIES, YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICE.

1. ELIGIBILITY

To access and use the Service, You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction). If You are under 18, You are prohibited from accessing or using the Service. You may not maintain more than one active Account at any given time, nor may You sell, trade, or transfer Your Account credentials or access to another party. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at Our sole discretion if Your Account has been previously suspended or removed.

2. PRIVACY & ADDITIONAL TERMS

Your privacy is important to Us. Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information are governed by Our Privacy Policy, available at https://lovestillore.com/policies/privacy-policy. In addition, specific store policies—including Our Shipping Policy and Return Policy—govern all orders and transactions on the Service and are incorporated herein by reference.

3. INDEPENDENT BUSINESS & BRAND DISCLAIMER

LOVESTILLORE LLC is an independent dealer and reseller of luxury goods. LOVESTILLORE LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to any of the luxury brands, fashion houses, or watch manufacturers whose pre-owned products are offered for sale on the Service (including, but not limited to, Rolex, Hermès, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Cartier, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, Dior, or Céline).

All brand names, trademarks, logos, trade dress, and service marks displayed on the Service belong exclusively to their respective brand owners and trademark holders. Reference to any third-party brand or product is solely for descriptive and identification purposes regarding the pre-owned items offered for sale.

4. THIRD-PARTY AUTHENTICATION & CERTIFICATION

Authenticity is the core of LOVESTILLORE LLC. Every pre-owned luxury item—including handbags, timepieces, and accessories—undergoes rigorous multi-tier authentication before being listed for sale.

Recognized Third-Party Verification: In addition to our meticulous in-house examination, LOVESTILLORE LLC partners with leading, globally recognized independent luxury authentication services, including Entrupy and Legit App.
Authenticity Certificate Included: Every eligible purchase from LOVESTILLORE LLC includes a verified Certificate of Authenticity issued by an industry-leading third-party authentication authority (such as Entrupy or Legit App) confirming the item’s genuine status.
Brand Independence: The luxury brands sold through the Service are not involved in our authentication process and do not assume liability for products purchased on or through the Service. LOVESTILLORE LLC fully cooperates with brand owners and law enforcement agencies to eliminate counterfeit goods.

5. CONTENT LICENSE & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Content: All content on the Service—including web design, product photography, high-resolution imagery, descriptions, text, logos, graphics, interfaces, audio clips, data compilations, and software (collectively, "Content")—is the property of LOVESTILLORE LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Limited License: Subject to your strict compliance with these Terms, LOVESTILLORE LLC grants You a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, non-sublicensable license to access and view the Content solely for Your personal, non-commercial shopping use.
Prohibited Use: You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, scrape, or exploit any portion of the Service, product images, or listing descriptions without express prior written consent from LOVESTILLORE LLC.

6. ACCOUNT SECURITY & OBLIGATIONS

If You create an account on the Service, You represent and warrant that all registration information provided is accurate, current, and complete. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your login credentials and account password and accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under Your Account. You must immediately notify LOVESTILLORE LLC of any unauthorized account activity or security breach at luxury.lovestillore@gmail.com. LOVESTILLORE LLC will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account use.

7. USER-SUBMITTED CONTENT & REVIEWS

The Service may allow You to post reviews, ratings, product questions, feedback, or photographs ("Postings"). By submitting Postings to LOVESTILLORE LLC, You grant Us a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, create derivative works from, and display such content in any media, including promotional material or marketing channels, accompanied by your first name, last initial, and general location (e.g., "Jane D., Los Angeles, CA").

You agree that Postings will not contain unlawful, defamatory, obscene, invasive of privacy, infringing, or fraudulent content, nor contain software viruses, commercial solicitations, or mass mailings.

8. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

When using the Service, You agree not to:

Use any automated scraper, crawler, bot, or data gathering tool to extract data or product listings from the Service;
Interfere with, bypass, or compromise the security architecture or access controls of the Service;
Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
Attempt to manipulate pricing or submit fraudulent payment information;
Mirror, frame, or link to any portion of the Service in a misleading or commercial manner without written permission; or
Violate any applicable local, state, federal, or international laws or regulations.

9. PAYMENT, BILLING & TRANSACTIONS

Pricing: All prices are listed in USD. LOVESTILLORE LLC reserves the right to modify pricing, cancel mispriced listings, or correct typographical errors at any time prior to shipment fulfillment.
Payment Processing: Payment processing services are provided by secure third-party payment gateways (including Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal, or specialized luxury financing providers). By completing a purchase, You agree to abide by the terms of service of the applicable payment processor.
Fraud Verification: Due to the high value of pre-owned luxury items and timepieces, LOVESTILLORE LLC reserves the right to request identity confirmation or additional verification documentation prior to processing any transaction. We reserve the right to cancel orders that fail security screening.

10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE SERVICE AND ALL PRODUCTS SOLD THROUGH LOVESTILLORE LLC ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS UNLESS EXPRESSLY WRITTEN OTHERWISE. LOVESTILLORE LLC MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE OPERATION OF THE SERVICE OR THE ACCURACY OF CONTENT, INFORMATION, MATERIALS, OR PRODUCTS INCLUDED ON THE SERVICE.

TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAW, LOVESTILLORE LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOVESTILLORE LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR PURCHASE OF ANY PRODUCT.

EXCEPT AS SPECIFICALLY PROVIDED HEREIN, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF LOVESTILLORE LLC FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE PURCHASE OF ANY ITEM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU TO LOVESTILLORE LLC FOR THE ITEM GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LOVESTILLORE LLC, its officers, members, employees, contractors, agents, suppliers, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to Your violation of these Terms or Your unauthorized use of the Service.

13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION, MANDATORY BINDING ARBITRATION & CLASS ACTION WAIVER

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.

Informal Dispute Resolution: In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to LOVESTILLORE LLC, your order, or these Terms, You agree to first contact Us informally at luxury.lovestillore@gmail.com and attempt to resolve the matter in good faith for a period of at least sixty (60) days.
Binding Arbitration: If the dispute is not resolved informally, all unresolved disputes will be settled exclusively by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.
Class Action Waiver: YOU AND LOVESTILLORE LLC AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
Small Claims Option: Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may assert an individual claim in small claims court having jurisdiction.

14. GOVERNING LAW & VENUE

These Terms and any dispute arising from Your use of the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding not subject to arbitration shall be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

15. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS & CONSENT

When You visit lovestillore.com, send emails, or submit form requests to Us, You are communicating with Us electronically. You consent to receive electronic communications from Us, including transactional notifications, shipping updates, customer support responses, and marketing messaging (if opted-in). You may opt out of promotional text messages or emails at any time by following the "Unsubscribe" link or replying "STOP" to SMS communications.
